1. Product Authenticity
At Swapex, we take pride in offering 100% genuine Apple products, including AirPods replacements and accessories. All products are sourced and tested before shipping , ensuring quality, performance, and compatibility.
2. Warranty and Exchange Policy
Warranty Coverage: All products in “Preowned” category come with a standard warranty period of **15 Days** starting from the date of purchase , whereas all the products in “Brand new” category comes with a warranty period of **90 Days**. The warranty covers sound, mic and battery defects only.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed within the warranty period for defective products.
– To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
– Once approved, you must return the defective product to Swapex in its original packaging. The exchanged product will be shipped once the product has reached the warehouse and verified by us.
No Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping and Handling
– Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to Swapex for exchange.
– Swapex will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to the customer if the order is prepaid, However in COD there is a standard charge of 249/- .
4. Limitation of Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
– Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic issues.
– Issues caused by third-party accessories or unauthorized use.
5. Order Confirmation and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as per our “Shipping and Delivery Policy”
– Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after shipping.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the Swapex website are the intellectual property of Swapex. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability Limitation
Swapex is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Amendments to Terms
Swapex reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Penal Code, and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
